Thai mobile app for self-service motor claims: after minor collisions both drivers 'shake' phones to exchange data so insurers can approve the claim without on-site surveyors, with photo/time/location records to deter fraud.
2026 reality
Claim Di is still offered by Bangkok-based Anywhere 2 Go Co., Ltd. (site copyright 2026), covering accident reporting, knock-for-knock 'shake' claims, self-service pre-insurance vehicle inspection, and sub-brands Claim Di Bike, Claim Di Call and Claim Di Assist. The company states it serves more than 30 insurers, representing over 60% of Thai motor policies.
The core claims app remains; the offer was extended with motorcycle, call-centre and roadside-assistance variants and self-inspection for underwriting, and the platform was licensed abroad (Singapore insurer Income built a motor claims app on it). Anywhere 2 Go raised a USD 2 million Series A in November 2015 led by CyberAgent Ventures, with Golden Gate Ventures, 500 Startups and dtac Accelerate.
insurer-neutral claims infrastructure with high market coverage in Thailand; relevance is regional rather than global.
