RiskGenius no longer exists as a separate company; the riskgenius.com and claimkit.com domains do not resolve. Bold Penguin, an American Family Insurance subsidiary, markets a 'Coverage Intelligence' product that reads policy forms, endorsements and manuscript wording, compares coverage across carriers and renewals and flags gaps, powered by its DeX ai platform.
Bold Penguin agreed to acquire RiskGenius from ClaimKit LLC in October 2020 (terms undisclosed) and folded its team and analytics into its commercial-insurance SaaS platform; CEO Chris Cheatham became Bold Penguin VP of Product, Insurance Intelligence.
