As catalogued
A modular cloud platform for brokers, MGAs and insurers with no setup investment, letting small carriers and intermediaries digitise policy processes quickly.
2026 reality
Insly sells a modular non-life platform with four modules: a no-code Product Builder, distribution (broker, direct and embedded), accounting and reporting, and claims management, plus a policyholder claims portal. It also sells an AI layer: an insurance copilot, a custom-agent builder, an agent marketplace, and the 'Nora' product. Insly reports reaching an €8m revenue run rate and profitability in 2023.
Insly expanded from Estonian broker software into a low-code MGA/insurer platform (2022), claims management (2022), a broker platform called Brokerflow (2023), and insurance payments through the 2023 acquisition of Poland's TubaPay. It joined Australia's Underwriting Agencies Council in January 2025 to grow in that market and acquired UK insurance-software firm Socrates Systems in November 2025. It now also markets AI agents.
positioned as fast-to-launch, low-cost core software for small MGAs in low-risk lines, a segment contested by many policy-admin vendors. The AI-agent layer sold on top of third-party systems broadens its reach beyond its own core platform.

REVIEW · Verified the company timeline (founding, funding, TubaPay, Brokerflow, 2023 profitability) on Insly's history page and confirmed the Socrates Systems acquisition through Insly's own announcement and Insurance Edge (November 2025). Replaced the unread Startup Estonia source, removed the 'reportedly' hedge and raised confidence to high.
