Innovation intelligence brief
Innovation intelligence brief
REACH allows deal closing and contracts signing without having to wait for a client's decision to sign, a cumbersome process that leads to unnecessary delays. Former mission: Digital solutions have replaced many tasks and actions. But sometimes, nothing beats a face-to-face interaction with a customer. Using a VideoTech platform, LiveMed replicates the physical experience with a digital one.
What became of it

Research is blocked: there was not enough public evidence to establish what became of this innovation. Nothing below should be read as a verified 2026 status.
As catalogued
Remote closing of insurance and financial contracts via a recorded live video call with shared screen, identity verification and e-signature, replicating face-to-face sales.
2026 reality
reachhq.com now serves a GoDaddy parking page (observed 2026-10-17). A startup database citing the Israeli companies registrar lists the company as active but in violation for not filing annual reports since 2019. No product, customer or funding news after March 2022 was found.
Seegnature (founded in Tel Aviv in 2015) shared the top prize of the first Insurtech Israel competition (JVP/AXA) in 2017 and renamed itself Reach in 2018, when it raised a USD 3.5m Series A led by NFX. By 2022 it described itself as a cross-industry 'digital commerce and collaboration platform for real-time customer transactions' (document collaboration, e-signature, video, ID verification, payments, Salesforce/Microsoft Dynamics integration), naming customers such as American Express and Mercedes-Benz, and raised a USD 7m Series A led by Grayhawk Capital and Pritzker Group Venture Capital (total about USD 13m).
the move from insurance-specific video signing to a general enterprise remote-transaction platform widened the addressable market beyond insurers and financial advisers.
video-assisted remote closing became widespread after 2020 through general video, e-signature and CRM suites, which reduces the distinctiveness of a standalone platform.
REVIEW · Confirmed the 2018 rebrand and USD 3.5m round (Calcalist) and the 2022 USD 7m Series A headline; a further search found no 2023-2026 activity, acquisition or closure, so the record stays BLOCKED with company status unclear. No changes to claims.
