employeechannelinc.com redirects to bimaport.com, which returned a Cloudflare 525 (SSL handshake) error on 2026-10-17, so no EmployeeChannel product is reachable. PitchBook lists EmployeeChannel as acquired/merged by FJA-US with a completion date of 28 April 2020; no press release or other confirmation was found.
EmployeeChannel, Inc. (California, founded 2015) announced a USD 5m Series A in January 2017. Its later fate is documented only by a database entry recording an April 2020 acquisition by FJA-US.
HR employee-communication apps have become a crowded category consolidated by larger platforms; nothing indicates EmployeeChannel remains a distinct offer.
