www.passt24.de serves only a blank hosting-provider placeholder page (observed 2026-10-17). Its operator, PASST Digital Services GmbH (Cologne, HRB 78746), entered insolvency proceedings in November 2017 and was deleted from the commercial register in April 2025, according to register notices reproduced by North Data.
passt24 launched in autumn 2013 (co-founder and managing director Stephan Heiss); in November 2014 DvH Ventures of the Dieter von Holtzbrinck media group invested in the operator PASST Digital Services GmbH. A provisional insolvency administrator was appointed in November 2017, the company went into liquidation, and it was struck off in 2025; no successor was found.
