2026 reality
softfair GmbH (Hamburg) operates softfair.one, offering comparison solutions, digital applications in cooperation with insurers, and a modular platform with customer and contract management, quoting in common lines and an end-customer app. The current homepage does not mention the FinanzLotse brand.
In 2017 the Fonds Finanz shareholders took over softfair, which kept its brand and Hamburg base. FinanzLotse 3.0 was licensed to distributors such as Maxpool and, in a customised version, to Bonnfinanz from 2020. By 2026 softfair presented its tools as one modular platform; it is not clear whether FinanzLotse remains a distinct product.
softfair remains a niche German broker-software and comparison provider, competing with other pool-affiliated advisory tools.
