2026 reality
TrustSphere's technology lives on inside sales-enablement vendor Bigtincan: Bigtincan made a May 2022 investment in TrustSphere's relationship-intelligence technology and launched a Relationship Intelligence product in December 2022, and trustsphere.com now redirects to Bigtincan's relationship-intelligence page (checked 2026-10-17). Bigtincan was taken private by Vector Capital (completed April 2025) and combined with Showpad, operating under the Showpad brand.
Moved from a stand-alone relationship-analytics vendor to a feature of a horizontal sales-enablement platform. Bigtincan's December 2022 Relationship Intelligence product uses metadata from email, Slack and Microsoft Teams to build relationship graphs and push contacts into CRM systems. The owning platform then changed hands (Vector Capital, A$183M, 2025) and was merged with Showpad.
