Innovation intelligence brief
Innovation intelligence brief
Added by the 2026 Swiss InsurTech research (issue #41) from public sources, not by the original academic study (Stoeckli, Dremel & Uebernickel). Its 2016 and 2017 classifications apply the original taxonomy definitions but were not validated by that study. All innovations in this cohort · Methodology ↗
AI assistant for insurance brokers and advisors that captures client meetings and emails, extracts the data into the broker's CRM, Excel files and cloud archives, helps prepare offers on insurers' portals, generates meeting reports and the information required by Art. 45 of the Swiss Insurance Supervision Act, and flags renewal and premium-increase opportunities in the portfolio; client data are hosted exclusively in Switzerland.
Research profile · Swiss Innovation · 2021–2026
Classification notes · Very early stage. Founding date differs between sources (statutes Dec 2025, register entry and startup.ch Jan 2026); the earlier claim of founding in 2025 by a former insurance advisor could not be verified and was removed. 'Offline distribution with digital support' reflects support of face-to-face broker advice.

At launch
Insurance-specific AI meeting assistant that turns broker advisory conversations into CRM updates, offers and compliant documentation, hosted in Switzerland.
2026 reality
Venture Kick Stage 2 winner (March 2026, CHF 40,000). The company reported on startup.ch that its automated offer-request feature went live (16 Jun 2026) and that it had 8 paying clients with a 49% pilot-to-signed conversion (18 Jun 2026).
The original model remains substantially intact; automated offer requests added in June 2026 (according to the company).
Swiss data residency is the main differentiator against generic meeting-AI tools in a market where advisors are subject to FIDLEG/VAG documentation duties.
Third taxonomy
REVIEW · Found official URL (alpi-technologies.com) and Zefix entry. Rewrote mission from the official site (broker focus, CRM and insurer-portal automation, Art. 45 compliance, Swiss hosting). Launch date corrected to 2025-12 (statutes); removed unverified founder background and the 'one paying pilot' claim, replaced with dated startup.ch milestones; removed Dealroom (HTTP 403). The Venture Kick page is unreadable (cookie check); only its title (CHF 40,000) and date are relied on.
