The website offers a no-code digital claims platform, unstructured claims data analysis for trends and fraud, remote site visits via live streaming, and field claims services (360ClaimsServices: investigation, drainage, subsidence, flood and fire). The footer states that 360Globalnet is a trading name of Keylane UK Limited. The original operating company, 360GLOBALNET LTD (company no. 07127114), entered administration on 4 March 2026.
CSC (later DXC Technology) made a strategic investment in March 2016 and obtained exclusive worldwide resale rights. The UK company entered administration in March 2026 (administrators FRP Advisory, who reported interest from several buyers); the business now trades under Keylane UK Limited, which indicates a sale to the Keylane insurance software group. The core claims-platform model remains substantially intact, alongside field claims services.
