Assets acquired by BRP Group's subsidiary Millennial Specialty Insurance (agreement July 2021, about US$9.8m annual revenue and 50 staff; closed August 2021), kept its brand for about five years, then absorbed into the Baldwin brand as a practice (2026). Baldwin reported that the platform had served over 20,000 clients by end-2025.
