A Swiss online insurance portal (iDirect24.ch) offering motor and health insurance online, with premium calculators, online offers and a customer centre, aimed at consumers switching their cover digitally.
2026 reality
iDirect24 no longer operates. Its operator, iNET24 AG (Schindellegi/Feusisberg SZ, CHE-102.281.187, purpose: building and operating insurance internet platforms), was put into liquidation by shareholder resolution in November 2021 and deleted from the commercial register in January 2023; iNET24 Holding AG was deleted in December 2023. idirect24.ch now permanently redirects to capitalo.ch, a Swiss credit-card, loan and mortgage comparison site without insurance comparison.
Web archive snapshots show the portal (motor and health insurance premium calculators, customer login) live between 2013 and 2018; the operating company was then liquidated (2021-2023) without a documented successor.
