What became of it
Blocked · Low confidence · Last verified 2026-10-17
Research is blocked: there was not enough public evidence to establish what became of this innovation. Nothing below should be read as a verified 2026 status.
As catalogued
Consumer health-engagement platform from Miami connecting patients and healthcare providers; its HealthBook app linked wearables and connected devices (glucometers, scales) for diet, exercise and glucose tracking, with programmes such as diabetes prevention for employers and communities.
2026 reality
lifewallet.com did not resolve on 2026-10-17. The last dated evidence of the original Miami company (CEO and founder Norberto Menendez) is its selection for Premier's Healthcare Innovators Collaborative in September 2018. Separately, the LifeWallet name is used by MSP Recovery, Inc., a healthcare-claims recovery company whose shares were suspended from Nasdaq in December 2025 and delisted under a May 2026 Nasdaq notice.
Unknown for the catalogued company. MSP Recovery launched its own LifeWallet medical-records platform in January 2022, operated as 'MSP Recovery, Inc. d/b/a LifeWallet' from 2023 and later re-consolidated its lines under the MSP Recovery brand; no source links this to the original LifeWallet company.
consumer health-engagement and device-tracking apps for employers became a crowded category dominated by large wellness platforms, so the catalogued concept is of historical interest.
REVIEW · Verified the 2017 Miami Herald profile and the MSP Recovery Nasdaq suspension and delisting (SEC 8-K, Nasdaq notice); a new search found no post-2018 evidence for the catalogued company, so the record stays BLOCKED. Removed an unrelated Action Network sports article and added a dated 2017 milestone.
