smartie.ch redirects to an article on maja.cloud, a German cloud-software provider for insurance brokers; the article does not mention Smartie. No operating Smartie service and no Zefix entry for the operator Andiast AG were found.
Launched in Switzerland on 1 October 2015 by Andiast AG (St. Gallen; owner and CEO Raghav Belavadi) with health and car insurance, with further lines including life planned for 2016. No later developments were found; the catalog already flagged Smartie as discontinued and the domain now redirects to unrelated content.
