treefin.com redirects to W&W Interaction Solutions GmbH, a Munich software unit of the W&W group that builds customer portals, apps and data analytics for the group, including the FinanzGuide mobile customer portal. The standalone Treefin consumer app is no longer presented.
W&W acquired 75% of treefin AG in January 2017 (later reported as full ownership), and treefin built the group's FinanzGuide app. It obtained a BaFin account-information and payment-initiation licence in 2019, was renamed W&W Interaction Solutions in 2021, and returned the BaFin licence in 2024 to focus on customer interaction and data analytics.
