Ladder Insurance Services, LLC sells term life online in DC and all states except New York on behalf of Amica Life, Fidelity Security Life and S.USA Life (Prosperity Life Group), with no medical exam for policies up to $3M and rates stated as valid as of 7 April 2026. The website does not list Ladder Life Insurance Company among the issuing carriers.
Ladder bought Fremont Life Insurance Co., renamed it Ladder Life Insurance Company and in October 2021 began issuing its own policies alongside its $100M Series D. In 2026 the website lists only third-party issuers (Amica Life, Fidelity Security Life, S.USA Life); the direct online term-life model with adjustable coverage remains.
