Singapore digital health platform (telemedicine, digital concierge, e-health screening) sold B2B to employers and insurers as a virtual managed care layer.
2026 reality
The MyDoc website (my-doc.com) has an expired TLS certificate and redirects to the patient login of Heals, a Hong Kong virtual clinic and clinic-management platform (Heals Healthcare (Asia)), which in February 2023 reported a renewed multi-year regional contract with Prudential's Pulse Ecosystems. PitchBook reportedly records MyDoc as acquired/merged in a deal completed on 9 November 2021 without naming the counterparty. No announcement of the transaction was found.
Founded in 2012; raised a USD 5.2m Series A led by UST Global with Wavemaker Partners in 2017 and expanded via insurer and employer partnerships (AIA, Prudential Pulse announced August 2019, BaoViet in 2019, Allianz Care in 2020) and a UST Global joint venture in India. PitchBook reportedly lists a cancelled Series B (2020), a Series A1 (July 2021) and a completed merger/acquisition in November 2021; this rests on a database entry only.
REVIEW · Confirmed the my-doc.com 307 redirect to patient.heals.asia and Heals' 2023 Pulse Ecosystems contract; PitchBook could not be fetched (HTTP 403), so the 2021 deal milestone was retyped from 'acquisition' to 'other' as database-only evidence. Added the Prudential 2019 partnership milestone with its source. Remains BLOCKED.
