nimbla.com presents Nimbla as a brand of FI Capital Limited, an Introducer Appointed Representative of Partners& Limited (FCA FRN 308261), offering Nimbla Advance (invoice finance), Nimbla Protect (credit insurance) and Nimbla Collect (debt collection, 'coming soon') to UK SMEs. The site carries a 2024 copyright and a 'Nimbla has joined FI Capital!' post without date or terms. A Nimbla Limited (12406548) was dissolved on 27 August 2025.
Before joining FI Capital, Nimbla operated as a technology-led MGA selling single-invoice cover directly and embedded via banks and lenders (Barclays from January 2020, Dancerace ABL software). Capacity moved from Munich Re/Great Lakes to QBE under a 2019 delegated-authority partnership, and it raised £5.1M in 2021 led by Fin VC with Barclays. After joining FI Capital it became a brand of an invoice-finance firm acting as an introducer appointed representative, selling invoice finance alongside credit insurance.
Combining credit insurance with invoice finance probably raises revenue per SME client, but no primary statement of rationale was found.
