2026 reality

The ASX-listed vehicle no longer runs Flamingo: after a planned A$100 asset sale to Rymamay Investments failed in 2020, Flamingo AI agreed to sell its Customer Experience and Ventures businesses to BDNM Investments for A$500,000, renamed itself Fargo Enterprises (November 2020) and in 2021 completed a reverse takeover by WA diamond explorer Odessa Minerals, under whose name (ASX: ODE) the listing has traded since January 2022. No 2025-2026 evidence of the Flamingo product under BDNM was found.

Open questions

Completion of the BDNM Investments sale was not confirmed: an early-2021 report said a binding share purchase agreement was signed, FIRB approval was pending and the company was running the business with BDNM's assistance; company status 'acquired' rests on that agreement.
