Founded in 2018 by Travis Callahan, Manuel San Miguel and Adhish Pendharkar (SOSV-backed, Cyberport incubatee). In December 2020 it agreed with DouBao and EasiTech to run EasiTech's business on an Ignatica-powered platform, and in April 2021 it closed a USD 7m pre-Series A led by Lingfeng Capital, targeting Hong Kong, South-East Asia and Japan. What happened afterwards is undocumented.
