2026 reality
Givesurance Insurance Services, Inc. (Woodland Hills, California) operates as a commercial insurance agency claiming licences in 41 states, selling commercial auto, fleet and trucking, contractors, general liability, workers' compensation, professional liability, umbrella and BOP cover. The website no longer describes the premium-to-charity donation model; givesurance.org redirects to givesurance.com.
Repositioned from consumer insurance with charity donation credits to a commercial-lines agency for small businesses; by 2018 it described itself on LinkedIn as 'an all-in-one platform for commercial insurance' pledging 1% to community causes.
now one of many digital small-commercial agencies; the charitable framing survives mainly as branding ('Big Savings. Bigger Heart.').

REVIEW · Fetched the live website (Woodland Hills address, 41 states, commercial lines, no donation mechanism) and the 2018 Coverager article on the repositioning; removed the unverified 'human + AI' and app-certificate wording. Kept REVIEWED because legal continuity with the 2013 startup is unconfirmed.
