Innovation intelligence brief
Innovation intelligence brief
Added by the 2026 Swiss InsurTech research (issue #41) from public sources, not by the original academic study (Stoeckli, Dremel & Uebernickel). Its 2016 and 2017 classifications apply the original taxonomy definitions but were not validated by that study. All innovations in this cohort · Methodology ↗
Morges start-up offering Swiss SMEs a cyber insurance product with an online quote in minutes, bundled with a free vulnerability scan, continuous risk monitoring, gamified phishing training and 24/7 incident response, sold directly and through brokers.
Research profile · Swiss Innovation · 2021–2026
Classification notes · Product details from the archived website (April 2024), Startupticker and CB Insights. The carrier partner is unnamed ('established insurance partners') and the distribution role (broker vs MGA) is not established, so market positioning is 'service-provider' only. Technology 'digital-channel' for the online quote and onboarding flow. Company status, maturity and relevance follow from the SOGC liquidation notice.

At launch
Swiss SME offer bundling cyber vulnerability checks and training with cyber insurance.
2026 reality
The shareholders resolved on 22 December 2025 to dissolve the company; the liquidation (liquidator Gabriel Champrenaud) was published in the SOGC on 14 January 2026. The website returned a server error when checked in October 2026.
Board members left in 2024 and early 2025 (including the chair in February 2025), followed by dissolution and liquidation (December 2025 / January 2026).
an example of the prevention-plus-insurance model for Swiss SMEs that did not reach scale; comparable bundles are offered by incumbents and partners such as Helvetia with GObugfree.
Third taxonomy
REVIEW · Liquidation verified directly in Zefix/SOGC: shareholders' resolution of 22 December 2025, SOGC 14 January 2026, status 'in dissolution', liquidator Gabriel Champrenaud. Zefix added as primary source (Moneyhouse kept as supporting). Added the archived homepage (April 2024) as evidence that cyber insurance was actually offered online with a bundled service suite. Added an online-distribution leaf in both legacy taxonomies, technology 'digital-channel' and the February 2025 board milestone.
